This Christmas medley contains both tunes of Away in a Manger (MUELLER and CRADLE SONG), Scheidt's O Jesulein Suss and Infant Holy, Infant Lowly.  The glue that holds all this together is a hauting lullaby theme that emerges throughout the anthem, transforming the whole piece into a mother's song for the sleeping Savior.  The anthem may be performed with a children's choir or female soloists and choral descant.  A full orchestral accompaniment (BP1503A) is available.
