Arranged for 3 to 5 octave handbell choir with 2 to 7 octaves of handchimes.  Level 3.  Singing bell and simple chime chords underscore the opening of Brenda Austin’s arrangement of the hymn tune DIVINUM MYSTERIUM. Flowing accompaniments take over as the piece grows in emotion and dynamics until a bold, triumphant verse, which fades back to the same delicate texture as the opening. A fitting choice for concert or worship during the Advent season and beyond.
