Sondra K. Tucker has written the impassioned Seasons of Life, for three to five octaves of handbells.  This memorial piece is both hauntingly beautiful and powerfully life-affirming.  Though marked a level four, most choirs capable of ringing a level three piece ought to be able to work this one up with a modest effort, and the result will be well worth it.  Mallets and singing bell are used sparingly throughout, but always to good effect.  Perfect for a memorial service or general use. 3-5 octaves  level 4
